RARITY CONSENSUS: G/VG 64/65; F/VF 64/65; EF/AU 65/65; MS60/MS62 64/65; MS63 61/65; MS64 64/65; MS65 61/65

TOTAL MS PCGS/NGC/ANACS = 9691 (Ranking 62/65).

COMMENTS: Strike is normally better than average and sometimes is full. When the strike is weak, it is normally seen in Liberty’s head area. The center of both sides normally show good detail. However, the consistency is lacking in this issue and there are many pieces without the quality of the earlier Philadelphia issues in the forties. Abrasions aren’t a problem, but general overall appearance seems to lack pizazz. Investment potential is average for MS65 and higher grades.
