Coins We Love: Deals and Dealmakers

The Deals:

Here at DLRC, we seem to have hit a nice little run of deals coming our way recently! With the Brooklyn Collection and the Stockyard Collection recently ending, we continue to anticipate more consignments and deals coming our way so we can continue to load the website with exciting new offerings. The deals are out there, and we are actively searching for them. If you have considered selling or consigning your coins, we are here to help! Next week we are traveling to our final show of the year: The Whitman Baltimore Expo. We will be at table 540 and invite you to bring your coins or come by and discuss selling, consigning, or even buying – as we will have a nice assortment of coins for sale. Let’s make a deal! We love the hobby and what we do here at DLRC, and we work hard to ensure that your experience is a positive one whether you are a buyer, seller, or consignor!

The Dealmakers:

If you reside anywhere around Virginia, NC, DC, or Maryland, and cannot attend the show, we will do our best to come to you, so please reach out! After all, we have plenty of dealmakers working here who are happy to help or meet you where you are! DLRC prides itself on employing honest, eager, and educated numismatists who work to ensure that the seller/consignor is treated fairly and can get the most “bang for their buck.” Even if you have never considered letting go of your coins, please reach out to us, as we are more than happy to start the conversation, with no pressure whatsoever!

In fact, we would like to share a testimonial with you from one of our consignors: “After over 60 years of collecting, it was finally time for me to sell my coin collection. I searched online for several dealers and decided to try DLRC first because I had done business with David Lawrence himself, many years ago. I contacted DLRC and was directed to John Call. He came to my home and carefully evaluated my collection. He was knowledgeable and his demeanor was admirable, but most importantly he was fair in evaluating my coins. After the consultation, I decided that there was no need to consider any other coin dealers. I decided to use auction consignment for most of the coins. John’s evaluation of what the collection would likely fetch was spot-on. Other coins were sold to him directly for a very fair price. All in all, John was a delight to work with and I would do business with him and DLRC again in a heartbeat.”

So, don’t hesitate to reach out and see what DLRC can do for you! We look forward to seeing some of you at the upcoming Baltimore Show this upcoming Wednesday-Friday at table 540. For now, please take a look at and enjoy the highlighted coins below! Thanks for reading.

Numismatically Yours,

John Call
