Auction #959 Lots Posted. Browse & Bid Now!!
Our Sunday Internet Auction #959 is now live with a great selection of over 300 fresh, new coins, 75 No Reserve lots and 27 Vault Value items. All lots will begin closing at 8pm EST on Sunday, May 7th.
Be sure to check out the Wandering Buffalo Nickel Collection that consists of 34 prime Buffalo Nickels, all offered at No Reserve!
Some of the more interesting highlights from this week's sale include:
This week's first highlight selection is a 1779 Rhode Island Ship Token PCGS/CAC MS63 (No Wreath, Brass). An unusually nicely struck colonial issue. Much about the Rhode Island token is unknown, but this is one of the nicest examples known with an absolutely amazing strike that is unlike any of the other examples we've handled previously.
Our second auction highlight is an 1800 10c PCGS/CAC MS63+. A very choice example of this popular early dime issue. Smooth fields with very nice underlying luster.
This week's third highlight selection is a 1913-S 25c NGC MS62. One of the three great Barber quarter keys in an affordable mint state grade. Nearly pure white and fully struck with lightly prooflike surfaces, the 1913-S quarter is impossible to locate in this grade.
Our final auction highlight is a 1925-S $1 NGC MS65. A tough gem example of this popular Peace Dollar. Frosty surfaces with fantastic luster, this is one of our favorite examples of this particular date that we’ve offered in quite some time.
Of course there are many other highlights, so be sure to browse all lots in this exciting new sale before it closes on Sunday, May 7th.
